Alkaline Dairy Detergent
Alka-Klenz is high quality general purpose alkaline detergent suited for the removal of fat and protein deposits. It is more suitable for rain or soft water conditions. Use Alka-Klenze Plus for hard water conditions.

DIRECTIONS
- Pre-Rinse system thoroughly with clear water at 40 to 45°C. Do not recirculate. Drain until clear.
- Wash Cycle: Use Alka-Klenz in hot water (70°C). At 15 grams / 10 litres. Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups. If circulating do not allow wash solution to drop below 60°C
- Rinse plant with hot water (85°C). Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups.
