Acid Dairy Detergent - Low Foaming
Citra-Klenz is a low-foaming, sulphamic acid powder detergent ideally suited for the removal of milkstone. It dissolves readily and is pink in colour to distinguish it from alkali detergents. It is made to cope with all water conditions in Australia.

DIRECTIONS
- Pre-Rinse system thoroughly with clear water at 40 to 45°C. Do not recirculate. Drain until clear.
- Wash Cycle: Use Citra-Klenz in hot water (85°C). At 15 grams / 10 litres. Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups. If circulating do not allow wash solution to drop below 60°C
- Rinse plant with hot water (85°C). Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups
